When you're searching for property in Spain online you will quickly notice that few properties have EPC ratings attached to their listings.
Worse still, some listings have claims EPC ratings that are false.
The Governments GeoPortal shows all of the valid EPC ratings in the country on a map, so, if you know the location of the property you can check whether it has been rated, or if a claimed rating is accurate.

If the property you are checking is not listed then look for a similar property in the same development to make a comparison, however remember that either property may have undergone some kind of renovation and so the ratings are not guaranteed to match.
